How to generate EDGAR Access Codes

You should generate new access codes if you:

  1. Are a new filer;

  2. Forgot your password or your password has expired;

  3. Forgot one or all of your access codes (PMAC, CCC, and password);

  4. Would like to generate new access codes for security purposes.

To generate new access codes, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Filer Management Website and click Press Here to Begin.

  2. Click Generate Access Codes from the menu options.

  3. Input your CIK and passphrase (the 8 character code you created in your Form ID application) and select Generate Access Codes.

  4. Your PMAC, CCC, and password will appear in the next window.

NOTE: It is recommended that you print this window and store the codes in a safe location. It may be helpful to include the date you generated these codes as the password expires annually.

Please note that the PMAC, CCC, and passphrase never expire.

For Existing filers:

If you have forgotten your password, PMAC, or CCC you will have to generate a new set of access codes using your CIK and passphrase.

If you have forgotten your passphrase, you will need to submit a request to update your passphrase in order to generate new access codes.

The passphrase should be strictly controlled by your organization as it allows you to generate new access codes for your filing entity.

Please do not call EDGAR Filer Support to retrieve or reset your access codes. The filer must generate its own codes using the EDGAR Filing Websites.
